Dave Donaldson

Dave Donaldson has invested his life in inspiring, equipping and resourcing leaders in more than 100 countries to bring aid and opportunity to millions of needy and under-resourced people. As the co-founder of Convoy of Hope, Dave spearheaded global partnerships with churches, organizations and businesses to mobilize tens of thousands of volunteers worldwide. As an initiative of CityServe International, Dave along with other leaders, pioneered Pastors and Executives for Israel (PEFI) to host church and business leaders in the Holy Land – to undertake humanitarian projects in Israel and throughout the Middle East. A veteran of Washington, D.C. for more than a decade, Dave coordinated White House briefings and executive roundtables between influential community and government leaders. He served on the National Council for Mental Health and Substance Abuse under former Secretary of Health and Human Services, Tommy Thompson. Dave hosted the first ever National Summit on Foster Care and Adoption with the United States Children's Bureau. He has served on numerous boards including the National Football League (NFL) sanctioned National Courage Awards, which honors NFL players who have shown courage on and off the field. He was recently appointed by Missouri State University to co-chair the Advisory Committee to form a Non-profit Leadership Certification. Dave has also joined the Board of Trustees at Vanguard University in Southern California.

Pat’s established reputation in the financial advisory market has paved the way for a seat at the table of Board of Directors for a number of industry partners and she serves as a Director on the board for ELM Electrical, Inc. a leading provider of electrical systems & services across the Mid-Atlantic.

Ted Katsiroubas

Ted Katsiroubas is the 4th generation co‐owner of his family business, Katsiroubas Bros, of which he has held a principal role since 2006. Ted became CEO and co-owner alongside his sister Torry after their father Nick passed away from ALS in 2013, in honor of whom he helped found the Nick Katsiroubas Foundation. The mission of the Nick Katsiroubas Foundation is to continue his father’s legacy of giving by supporting local children’s organizations as well as the ALS community. Like his father Nick, Ted enjoys giving back to the community and regularly volunteers alongside other Katsiroubas employees at the Boston Food Bank and Fresh Truck. When he’s not hard at work, Ted spends time with his wife and two children going to concerts and trying new restaurants. Ted partners with local vendors and companies to drive their businesses forward while making more environmentally sustainable business decisions. By talking directly with partners to find out how Katsiroubas can best support them, he pivots and maneuvers company product selection and offers creative solutions to meet their needs.
